Christina Duren – General Manager
Christina Duren started her music career as an intern at Island Def Jam where she spent a year in the Radio and Promotions/Publicity department. At IDJ she worked with Mariah Carey, Rihanna and Ne-Yo. From there she took her first real job at Shore Fire Media working campaigns for The Roots, and Heineken Red Star Soul Tour. Christopher Gesualdi – Marketing Director
Christopher’s job responsibilities include interacting with prospective clients, managing special projects, and continually tweaking the inner workings of the company. He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (concentration in Behavior Analysis). Throughout his college experience, Christopher gathered an appreciation of how to fuse psychology, social media, and marketing to promote aspiring artists. After interning with the company, Christopher was hired as Ariel’s personal assistant, and was then promoted to Marketing Director soon after. During that time, Christopher crafted marketing plans for countless artists, consulted as a social media strategist, coordinated the company’s internship program, and worked on several internal systems projects. He has also participated on various panels related to PR/social media, most notably at a GRAMMY Career Day event in May of 2010.
Christopher resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and is the vocalist/lyricist for the band, Blue Chip Village.

Sara Dudine – Publicity Director
Sara is Publicity Director for Ariel Publicity. Sara first started working for Ariel Publicity in the summer of 2008 as a full-time intern. She continued on with Ariel Publicity after her internship as a Virtual Assistant while finishing up her senior year at Gettysburg College. She graduated from Gettysburg with a BA in both English and Business. Shortly after graduating from Gettysburg, she made the big move to New York City to take on the full-time position of Publicity Director. Phil Putnam – Sales Director
Phil Putnam began his relationship with Ariel Publicity in 2008 as an extremely satisfied Cyber PR Artist. Originally from Sacramento, CA, he released 7 albums of original songs while running Phil Putnam Public Relations before moving to New York City in January of 2009. Now living in Manhattan with his partner and his piano, he puts his skills to work at Ariel Publicity as the Client Services Director, ReviewYou Managing Editor, and blogger. He is a wordsmith. He smiths words.
Phil released his 8th album in May of 2010, also represented by Ariel Publicity, and has taken part in marketing campaigns powered by Topspin and crowdfunding projects with RocketHub.com. He is the author of the weekly blogs The In-Crowd: Crowdfunding In Action, a series that details the honest, gut-level reality of his crowdfunding project as he went through it, and Phil and the Blank, where he spills his best bits of wisdom and humor gathered over 10 years as an Artist, Businessman, and Publicist. Carla Lynn Hall – Director of Online Courses
Another extremely satisfied Cyber PR client, Carla Lynne Hall is a musician and music marketing consultant based in NYC. As a musician, Carla’s style has been described as “Norah Jones meets Sade for tea on their way to visit The Beatles.” As a music marketing consultant, her mission is to make music and empower other musicians to reach their goals.
Carla has released three CDs on her own label, Moxie Entertainment, and has toured the world as a singer/songwriter and professional vocalist.
