"Bridging the Gap"

It's no surprise that Baby Boomers and Generation X'ers have different approaches to work, family, self and life in general. Instead of focusing on the tension that those differences sometimes create, older women and younger women can learn from and appreciate each other. Just open your mind and the lines of communication. Here are some tips to initiating a dialogue and beginning to bridge the gap between generations.
