Cyber PR® Music Success Mastermind Forum Testimonials:

“As a Music Digital PR and Marketing consultant, the forum challenged my thinking, gave me new insights and gave me powerful digital marketing tools to make my musicians more successful and ultimately monetize their work…Carla, the forum curator, inspirer, encourager and forum ‘Mummy’ is there every step of the way to enable you to reach your goals and problem solve some of the technical issues associated with getting yourself up and running. Carla, a musician herself, helps facilitate a great community spirit in the forum, having wrestled with many of the issues herself, she knows where you are coming from and will always go out of her way to solve your problem or put you in contact with another forum member who can. Her incredible empathy, kindness and patient spirit helped me to set up my blog and video blog and kept me going when you reach those ‘I am truly stuck’ moments.”
– Sally Jackson Freeman, Love Live Music UK, www.lovelivemusic.co.uk

“The Mastermind forum…is a virtual treasure trove of bright-minded, independent and creative thinkers. I see the Master-minders as soldiers of the avant-garde, leading a new generation of music-makers and artists by empowering them to take their art to the highest level through both self-promotion and the shared ideas of the forum. ”

Ariel and Carla’s New Book: Musician’s Roadmap to Facebook and Twitter

In 2010 Ariel Hyatt of Ariel Publicity & Cyber PR ® traveled to 9 countries speaking to artists on panels and teaching master classes on social media and online PR.

And she noticed an alarming trend.

Musicians are confused about Facebook and Twitter.

Really confused!

From Sydney Nova Scotia to Sydney Australia hands went up and the same questions were asked:

  • How can I get my personal information to stop showing up on my Facebook fan page?;
  • Why does Twitter really matter? It just seems so stupid to tell people what I’m eating for lunch!; and,
  • I’m spending so much of my time on Social Media and I make no money at all from it – how can I turn that around?

In the meantime Carla Lynne Hall was in the New York managing Ariel’s online courses and moderating the Music Success in Nine Weeks Mastermind forum and she noticed the same thing.

So the two decided to team up and create a practical guide to address all of the questions and confusion.

And we are very proud to bring you…

“Being a part of the Cyber PR® Mastermind Forum has been a phenomenal experience catalyzed by Carla Lynne Hall, the eternally encouraging and exceedingly helpful community moderator. Her positivity is infectious and creates an atmosphere of collaboration, constructive criticism and continual growth at all times. I made a post in the insomniac hours of the morning and 15 minutes later I had a reply. I honestly cannot think of a way for you to improve as a moderator…not even by cloning yourself. Your support, enthusiasm, and content is a godsend.”
– Michael Wyatt, aka entelleckt

“In the Mastermind Forum, Carla is great to work with, her personal up front, honest opinion is worth its weight in gold.”
– Zak, Isaac’s Aircraft

“The Mastermind forum is indispensable, as it is a place to share ideas with others and feel a sense that I am not alone in this, but rather part of a community.”
– Kelly Carpenter

“Social media relies a lot on the musician actively engaging and interacting with potential fans and customers. And both Carla and Ariel practice what they preach. Their mastermind was a minefield of a collective intelligence of many of the ambitious musicians and Ariel’s team. Carla literally replied to everyone and kept everyone engaged at all times, this might have meant going through hundreds and hundreds of messages but their commitment was staggering and they were always engaged. Carla and Ariel lead with the perfect example, this is how it should be done.”
– Atul Rana

“Ariel’s Mastermind forum is fantastic. This is a community of people who are serious about making strides to see success with their musical careers. In the four months since I meet Ariel, read her book and joined Mastermind, I have seen major progress every day towards my short and my long term goals. My songs have never had so much exposure (podcasts ans internet radio play!), my sales are up, I am playing more and better gigs and I am getting bloggers writing about my music.”
– Doug Folkins, artist

“The Mastermind forum has helped me to focus on the little steps which help create the big results. This is not brain surgery but it IS meticulous work for the free-spirited musician. Ariel keeps me boosted and the group is supportive. Carla is really great about replying to emails right away and has a beautiful spirit too.”
– Andrea Lane, artist

“Updates from Ariel’s Mastermind forum have encouraged us to take directional steps to significantly improve our social footprint and connect with our fans in creative ways.”
– Megaphone

“What better way to navigate the endless industry information that’s out there, than with people who have found and are already utilizing the best resources available to DIY artists today? It’s brilliant really, to group together artists with similar drive and ambition to form a network of support and ideas- it’s already proving invaluable to me.”
